We offer a 'One Stop Shop' for all you service support needs, with highly trained service personnel on standby 7 days a week to provide support.

Whether you have an issue with your IT, broadband, telecommunications, cable, infrastructure, telecoms, IT or CCTV, one call or email is all you will need to log a fault with a named contact on our Service Support Desk. If applicable and where necessary, we will coordinate with any network providers (BT, etc.) on your behalf and provide you with regular updates.

Our service centre and trained technicians all have advanced diagnostic equipment & software, ensuring fastest response, diagnostic & fix times for all your IT, Broadband, Telecommunications or CCTV needs.

Service support is constant. Virtual' health checks* maximize system performance often preventing problems and loss of service before they happen.

Remote programming* & software upgrades.

Individually tailored on-site, remote and online support packages to meet your business needs is our specialty.

Whether you have purchased your current equipment from us or not, maintenance and support packages are available from £200 per annum or from as little as £7.99 per month.

* Must have remote access to the client's equipment.
